Have you been to any bank lately, how do you consider their services? Which of them has offered you the best service?
In order to make it a fair game, i should only speak from personal experience. I've not been to all the banks in Nigeria, and i don't mean branches, but the big 25 banks, but only to the following banks have i been to:Union bank
first bank
intercontinental bank
United bank for Africa (UBA)
Equitorial Trust bank (ETB)
Guaranty trust bank
Bank PHB
Wema bank
Fidelity bankFrom my personal experience, Fidelity bank gave me the best customer service which includes; no queues, smiling cashiers, available sits for customers, e.t.c. and so for me, the best customer friendly bank is Fidelity bank plc.

Well i bank with Intercontinental bank and their service is not so fast depending on the branch that you go to, i still hav an account with Union bank but i don't want to do anything with them for now. They don't even give me sweet talk less of a sit to sit down. Such old generation banks are always crowded and a big time waster
