The best way to find out is to go to the SIRS office closest to you or check out Lagos state govt website at lagosstate.gov.ng.
However, here are the list of taxes I was able to get from the newspapers:
- Shops and kiosks rates
- Approved open market levy
- Tenement rates(where land use tax has not been served)
- Licensing fee for sale of liquor
- Slaughter slab license fee in abattoirs under local govt control
- Marriage, birth and death registration fees
- Street naming registration fee
- Motor park levy
- Parking fee on local government streets or roads as may be approved by the state government
- Domestic animal license fee
- License fee for bicycles, trucks, canoes, wheelbarrows and carts(other than mechanically propelled trucks)
- Radio and television license fee(excluding radio and television in motor vehicles, transmitters and other communication equipment)
- Public convenience, sewage and refuge disposal fees
- Cemetery and burial ground permit fee
- Signboard and advertisement permit fee(excluding names or company logo inscribed or painted on motor vehicles) to be collected by LASAS on behalf of all LGCs
- Permit fee for private entertainment and merriment in public places(excluding roads and streets)
- Permit fees for restaurants, bakeries and other places for sale of food to the public

Tenament rate is that income which accrues to a landlord for the property he has rented out. It is usually computated on an annual basis at the rate of 10% of the income. Reason for this can be likened to the PAYEE Tax which the worker pays to government for providing a safe and secure enviromnent where in both worker and employee are able to come together to carry out some economic activity that is beneficial to both. In like manner government has provided certain enablers that allows the landlord to own the property and even rent it out for an income. Therefore the landlord is made to pay 10% of this income so that government can continue to provide those basics that ensures the peaceful and harmoniuous existence of community -(i.e. citizens and their property).

It is not exactly the income to landlords but a rate charged on land owners or users by the local govt. However, if you pay land use tax, you don't need to pay tenement rate.

I have a question, Is there anything like Warehouse permit or charges? I mean if someone has a warehouse in his building, does he also need to pay Warehouse permit. Some local govt official brought a notice for this and I was billed about N50,000. I am not paying this at all as I am prepared to go to court with them.
