Where can I get a cheap but working laptop in Nigeria that is at least under N40,000? Most of the ones I've seen sell over N70,000 and I don't have that money to spare. I just need an affordable one to help me as a student.

You can go to the computer village and see the lot of laptops they have. Some sell for as low as N25,000 but not the new ones. You can however cheap new laptops if you buy mini laptops or netbooks

You can always buy used or refurbished laptops on Amazon or ebay and ship them to Nigeria using a mail forwarding service. It would be probably cost you a total of about N40,000.
