We hear this phrase a lot in the rap album by Naeto C in the track called Ten over Ten.
So what is the meaning of Shikena?
Shikena seems to be a Hausa word which means it is finished or over. You can listen to the track by Naeto C here

Many posters are posting out of point. Shikena means it is finished. It is a Hausa word
