Is there a way I can watc any movie I want on my mobile phone

You may need to convert vcd to mp4 or 3gp in the format your phone accepts in order to watch it there. You will also need a large memory card since these movie files are large.

Why would you want to watch it on your phone when you can watch it on tv?

You can go to m.youtube.com and search for them. Mind you, it requires a lot of internet data so you should know what watching them online would cost you. I normally prefer making use of free wifi networks to connect my phone when I want to watch those streaming movies.
