Ever since the American presidential election primaries began, more and more Americans, especially the younger generation are buying into Senator Obama's mesasage of change. Even in some parts of Hong-Kong and Japan(Obama - a town), people there have shown their unflinching support for the US senator in his campaign to become the next President of the world's strongest democracy. In Nigeria as well as in his Father's country, Kenya, black people have a natural attraction towards Obama. Europeans seem to buy more into Obama charismatism than that of Clinton as he is easily convincing and determined to turn the US economy aroung. Perhaps it's time for Americans to have a black man as President as against having a female President, perhaps it's time to save the American economy from the grasp of the destructive republicans, perhaps Obama's message is more sincere and would place the US on the fair pedestal it once stood for before. Amidst the economic crisis and George Bush's unrepentant continuance of the Iraqi war, it appears that the world is clamouring for someone who can listen to their requests and that post seems to be favouring Senator Barrack Obama who is still in a head to head struggle with Hilary Clinton to be their party's representative for the US presidential election.

The results are out now and that clamour has been proven to be genuine. What happened at yesterday's election in the USA is more like a coronation than an election. Obama has been on the popular side from day 1 and as soon as the elections began, the winning margin over McCain was more than enough, he clinched over 300 electoral college votes

Obama is one seemingly nice guy. i wouldn't be surprised if he becomes the first black president

Trust from the American public is something that Barrack Obama seems to have gotten generously as it seems less likely to have trust in another Clinton family administration
