I have made some money in my Paypal account, about $500 and I'm lloking for a safe way to withdraw it in cash rather than spending it. How do I withdraw it in cash given that I'm living in Nigeria?

Besides, sites like eBay will register your ip address and know you are from Nigeria. I think the best option is to sell it to someone who wants to buy Paypal funds. There are lots of local Paypal exchangers in Nigeria but you should do business with the ones you can trust and that have an office you can go to.

Just apply for their card and you will be able to withdraw your Paypal money from an ATM machine in Nigeria. I did mine once and wrote about it here: http://www.multidox.net/blog/8/nigeria/53.html
