I have money to invest in Land now that they are cheap and both Lekki and Ikorodu both come at similar prices. There are land plots at Agbara selling for N600,000 and there are also some selling for same value in estates in Ikorodu. Which one should I buy?

Land in Lekki is mostly swampy and is prone to flooding. When you consider the effects of global warming and flooding, Ikorodu seems safer.

Lekki or Agbara is the main place to be in the future. Ikorodu is just a local place
Re: Should I buy land in Ikorodu or Lekki? Posted by Sola on Saturday April 27, 2013 at 12:0:36: I prefer buying from Ikorodu than Lekki because Lekki can easily be flooded unike Ikorodu. Besides the cost of doing a foundation in Ikorodu is quite cheaper unlike Lekki
