I read a report some time ago that the average life span of a Nigeria is now less than 60 years. In a way, it looks believeale beause I've seen many old people dying in their late 50s and early 60s. It's rare to see someone dying at 70 or 80 unlike it used to be in the past. How can we improve our life span?

We eat the wrong foods. I noticed that people who live in the village and near farms tend to live longer than those who live in cities. I guess it's because they eat more vegetables and also breathe unpolluted air.

Obesity is one of the leading cause of early deaths in Nigeria as far as I know. Many people just don't like losing weight after they've gained it and they even believe being fat is a mark of a good life. If we can all at least be more conscious of our weight and do more exercise with a good diet, we would live longer.
