A lot of Nigerian graduates now want to work in a bank, now more than ever with the emergence of strong banks, thanks to Soludo. Is it really just a straight road ? Do you think that it is that easy getting and retaining a job in a bank?

Banks pay much better than most other companies and can suit you well if you've gathered experience with the industry over the years

True bank jobs pay nicely but it's very stressful. I have a friend who works in a bank but he hardly has time for himself. Leaving home very early in the morning and going back home very late in the night. I'd prefer a pay cut and going home earlier and letting the weekends become exclusive also. I wonder if working in a bank can ever be less stressful in this growing banking industry in Nigeria.

It can be very easy to get a job in a bank, but when it comes to quitting, it can be very hard. I've seen most bank employees who do not love their job and would love to quit if only they had something more concrete they could hold onto after working the banking industry

I don't think it's that hard to ge a job in Nigeria, the bottomeline lies in keeping the job. i think as long as one is a graduate and really wants to work, he'd take the job that is being offerd to you to start with.
