I am interested in using Paypal for my online business and i don't mind getting one through Kenya. I need it to be able to send and receive money on my website. The thing I want to know is how to set it up for a subscription based service e.g monthly fee The target buyers is global and the product is a subscription service. I want those who successfully undergo payment to be give access to use the facilities on my website. I know paypal sends a mail each time I receive payment but is there anyway I can automatically check for payment before granting access to that site.

You can get one and use or get a web developer to integrate it for you. You can also use Paypal buttons to generate buy now buttons for your site
