Web publishing involved publishing content to a website and it can be in the form of texts, videos, pictures and other format that other users can get access to

Blogging on the other hand is more about writing a blog post which is mostly in the form of texts. Blogging is a form a web publishing but the latter encompasses blogging and lots more.

Which of them do you consider as being more profitable for online business?

I will say web publishing in the sense that you can decide to monitize your site any way you want while blogging is simply easier cos you dont have to be a designer or coder to start using it.

Whichever one you are doing, I think it depends on how good you are with it. For some blogging will defintely pay more while for others the publishing will do better. I think more and more people are taking to blogging as a profession one can do even at home but most big time companies like news sites consider themselves as web publishing companies as they offer an array of services to their clients.
