I would like to know if it is possible for me to withdraw from my Paypal account to a Payoneer card

I think you can use a Payoneer credit card with Paypal just like any other credit card but you must first link the card to your paypal account. Paypal also issues their own credit card and you can use it for a lot of things with paypal

I think it should work in Nigeria if your paypal account is from the us and the payoneer card carries a us address

There is a way you can withdraw your PayPal Cash down here in Nigeria as A Nigeria through Nigeria ATMs with Payoneer in our Local Currency-Naira.
I discovered it via a personal indept online research 2years ago and it worked and is still working.
