I want to know if it will be posssible to connect my phone to my laptop using bluetooth without the usb wire?

Ofcourse it is possible. If the laptop has a bluetooth inbuilt capacity, you can just activate is and use windows to search for other bluetooth device. If it doesn't have inbuilt bluetooth capacity, you can buy a bluetooth device which comes with a software like blue soleil. This can help you to easily connect to your bluetooth device.
