For those who have been looking for how to configure their china/Chinese phones for browsing on the MTN Network, here is a list of procedures for manual configuration of that phone.
Follow it strictly and ensure that there are no mistakes;
1 Go to services
2 Then to data account
3 Then to Gprs
4 Select an account and edit it.

Name: MTN GPRS.
Apn: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
usernane: web
pasword: web
auth type: normal.
THEN SAVE.
Next go back to wap under services
- Go to settings -> > edit profile.
Also chose any profile there and edit
- Rename profile: mtn wap
- Homepage: http://wap.mtnonline.com
- data acount(gprs-mtn gprs
- conection type: wap
-ip addres: 010.199.212.002
- security: off
- username: web
- pasword: web

Press done when you are finished.

I get customers for internet connections but for normal nokia how can i get to subscribe for packet data and even my own nokia 6131 has failed to connect to yahoomail and gmail what could be the prob.
If possible can be sent manual configuration proceedure so that i help my customers pliz help me..
