Good day,
I must confess that the service i get from airtel this days is fustrating. How can one explain calling customer care line and yet will not be given the opportunity to speak with a life customer care agent? It is appalling, i have been using airtel for some time now and i see myself as a heavy user,why would i be deprived of the basic services i need as a customer? Infact i havse sent a message to them via 170 ,let them unbarr my number caused by a little mistake or an accident of this their recharge problems.
I endear the management of airtel to be fair to all their customers and ensure that we receive the customer care services we need.

Hello why is airtel sending messages to my line 08085773681 concerning award of my usage on d line but it has not being awarded. From my e-bill, I discovered that the charges on my lines for the month of November 2011 were not constant and, have sent more than 4 mails. Someone responded that they will get back to me last year Dec. to no avail before the lines were barred on Jan 4, 2012. I advice my lines should be opened and the bills should re-round. Once i get the accurate bills i shall clear them off. if not, i am not going to pay the amount in that e-bills and, also ready to abandon the lines.The lines are;08025887910, 08025887911 & 08023340908.
