My mom uses a Motorola razr pink but I use a Nokia phone. She wanted me to set up the time correctly, so It was really laughable when I was fumbling with the phone for several minutes not knowing where to navigate to set up the date and time correctly.
I tried and tried and later got it.
Here is how you set up the time and date for a motorola razr:

- Go to menu
- Select settings
- Go to initial setup
- Select time and date
- Change the date and time to your local time and save it
- Exit
